Shipping policy

No Competition Gaming sells downloadable digital files. No physical product is shipped and no shipping fee applies to our gaming downloads.

After payment is confirmed, Shopify Digital Products sends a download link to the email used at checkout. Pending payments may delay delivery. Use an email address you can access, check spam or junk folders, and keep your order confirmation.

Each product page lists its files, formats, software requirements and licence. Most packs are ZIP archives: download, extract them to a permanent folder and follow the included guide. A computer and suitable software are required; third-party software, accounts and paid licences are not included unless expressly stated.

If the email has not arrived within one hour of payment confirmation, or a file is missing or corrupt, use our Contact page or email michaelduvenage@outlook.com with your order number, product name and checkout email. We aim to respond within two business days. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Download access is currently unlimited for the files in your purchased pack. Keep a local backup. A purchase does not promise lifetime updates, bespoke work, hosting, training or future major editions unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
